1. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button “submit order” or “buy now” you submit a binding order of the goods contained in the cart. The confirmation of the receipt of the order follows immediately after sending the order and does not yet represent an acceptance of the contract. 2. Cancellation policy

5. Material or manufacturing defects

If delivered items have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please reclaim such errors immediately against us, or the employee who delivers the items. The omission, however, has no consequences for your legal claims.

For all defects occurring during the legal warranty period, the statutory claims to subsequent performance, removal of defects / new delivery and – if the statutory requirements – the extended claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as damages, including the compensation of damage instead the fulfillment and replacement of your futile expenses. 6. Validity of prices

The prices stated on SMARTGRIP.COM are Euro prices (including VAT).

7. Shipping costs

Shipping costs per order and delivery address, regardless of order value: For a SMARTGRIP by post, consumers pay 3.50 euros via Deutsche Post.

8. Payment

You can pay with the Klarna Checkout (Invoice, installment purchase, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, direct debit, instant transfer), in advance or with PayPal.
