How does your SMARTGRIP reach you?

We exclusively ship our SMARTGRIP via DHL Warenpost with tracking option, both nationally and internationally. The delivery time for shipments within Germany is 1-4 working days. For international deliveries, it takes 3-14 days.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany are a flat rate of 3.90 EUR, regardless of how many SMARTGRIPs you order. For international deliveries, the shipping costs are a flat rate of 6.90 EUR. Please note that any customs charges for delivery to non-EU areas are excluded. The "Go-Green" service to offset the resulting CO2 emissions is always included with us. :)
